Wellness Session

Liberate yourself from your blockages, find the secret door to your inner self, and reach the feelings of lightness and harmony

Personalized guided meditation in mp3 format, lasting 20 minutes.

Through breathing exercises, mind-body re-connection, guided meditation, hypnosis, visualization and futurization, I will guide you through a walk in the heart of stories and metaphors to help you regain your physical and psychic balance and help your subconscious make all the changes necessary for your well-being. Once the session is over, we will debrief your feelings and impressions during the session.

After the session, I remain available to answer your questions, explain and review exercises practiced during the session so that you then can establish your own wellness routine and reuse all shared exercises every day.

The number of sessions is not defined in advance. One session is usually sufficient, and I invite you to allow three weeks to pass to give your subconscious some time to make the changes necessary in order to reach your objective(s). I also recommend after a session and during the period of three weeks, to write the emotions and thoughts that might come up and to listen to yourself because sometimes to obtain something you never had, you maybe have to do something you have never done.

Then, if you wish and feel like it is needed, you can book another appointment.
