My Philosophy

Imagine and create a word where everybody find harmony with themselves and others.

Our body is perpetually seeking a state called homeostasis, that is to say, optimal functioning and balance. It is possible, thanks to multiple tools, techniques and methods, to maintain or regain this state of balance and to be in harmony with oneself and therefore with others.

My goal is to empower each person who wishes to be in harmony, by guiding the person in their transformation and by transmitting simple, kind and adapted methods, so that they can once again become an actor in their health and well-being

The approach I use assumes that our brain has a subconscious part and a conscious part.

The conscious part, which represents only 10% of the cerebral capacities, works by will; it is Cartesian and logical. The subconscious part works in a totally different way. It is emotional, intuitive and reacts by automatic responses. Our subconscious is also the center of our fears, our values, our beliefs, from our most basic needs, programs acquired during our childhood and our life experiences. We have positive beliefs such as “I can do everything“ but we also have negative limiting beliefs that act as saboteurs or blockages, like “I have to work hard to be successful”. So it is fascinating to understand how much we are driven by our subconscious. If we always act the same way, it is because we are programmed by our childhood, our experiences, our feelings, our ancestors, and our cellular memories.

It is therefore important, in order to be able to find balance and harmony, and to move forward in life as we wish, to change the programs anchored in us and replace them with programs which allow us to act as we wish and to find well-being as well as good physical and mental health.

In addition, we very often realize that the physical body, the emotions, and the mind are connected and affect our daily life in many ways. Healing from the past, overcoming past trauma, reprogramming yourself and regaining your balance are important steps to feeling good. It is also key to learn to listen to yourself and understand that ailments can have meaning, and that the body is sending us a message through discomfort, pain or disease. Learning to listen to our body and understand the body’s messages is the best way to become self-reliant and the actor of its well-being and success.

My connection with nature through my family over several generations and a magical encounter with Karin Deboulet, founder of Parfum Couture LLC, allowed me to discover the power of scents and the benefits of plants on our health. This naturally led me to aromatherapy. It is indeed a true care approach, of which essential oils form the basis. These essences are volatile odorous substances produced by certain plants. This alternative medicine, a branch of phytotherapy which is the use of plant in the treatment and prevention of disease, has been used since Antiquity to naturally relieve certain daily ailments, such as fatigue, muscle pain, skin issues, or stress. Essential oils are also very effective in re-balancing our emotions or calming our mind.

The foundation of my approach is deeply rooted in modern conventional and scientific knowledge, traditional philosophies, and also ancient practices based on nature. Over the years, based on research, studies and experiences, my philosophy and practice have evolved into a holistic model and approach. Through guided meditation, I help you to work on your subconscious, to be more mindful, and to better listen and understand your body, all that in order to take great steps forward in your search for well-being, harmony and development, and thus feel completely fulfilled and become the architect of your life.
